FamLove Toolkit Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply when you use a caregiving toolkit powered by FamLove and made available through a partner organization.
By saving or downloading your results, you agree to these Terms.
1. What This Toolkit Is
This toolkit is an informational resource designed to help you reflect on caregiving, planning, or support needs. It is not a medical, legal, or financial service.
It does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or professional advice. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.
2. Who Is Providing This Tool
This toolkit is powered by FamLove and offered on behalf of the organization whose website you are visiting (“Partner”). FamLove provides the technology platform. The Partner may review your submitted results through their secure dashboard.
If you choose to book a consultation, that service is provided solely by the Partner — not FamLove.
3. Your Responsibility
You agree:
- To provide accurate information.
- Not to use the toolkit for emergency situations.
- Not to submit unlawful or harmful content.
You are responsible for how you use your results.
4. Consultation Services
If you book a consultation:
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
- The Partner is solely responsible for the consultation.
- FamLove is not responsible for the content, quality, or outcome of any services provided by the Partner.
5. Limitation of Liability
The toolkit is provided “as is” for informational purposes. FamLove is not responsible for decisions made based on toolkit results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamLove’s liability is limited.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
